About Us
WELCOME
team BEDS&LUTON is one of 49 County Sports Partnerships (CSPs) across England. CSPs are networks of local agencies committed to working together to increase participation in sport and physical activity across the sporting landscape.
Within this broad definition, the work includes supporting the development of the infrastructure for sport and physical activity to enable participation to be easily accessible by all sections of the local community.
All these key areas make up 'The Sporting Infrastructure' that will enable people to enjoy the sport or activity of their choice. This work is at the very heart of CSP's in bringing agencies together, to coordinate, plan for, share and make better use of available resources to increase opportunities to take part.
OUR DIRECTION
team BEDS & LUTON is the lead agency for the strategic development and coordination of sport and physical activity across Bedfordshire and Luton. We are led by a strategic board supported by a central team of professional staff, who provide leadership, coordination and structures which allows people and organisations to work more effectively at a sub-regional level.
Our VISION
Working in partnership at the heart of the community to support, develop and promote high quality opportunities to allow everyone to get involved, stay involved and succeed in sport and physical activity.
