Lloyd had a career in Local Government - working in Sport, Leisure, Economic Development and Tourism, becoming an Assistant Chief Executive. He then moved to Sport England as Director of Regions and then became Partnerships and Investment Director.
Following a secondment to London 2012, where he worked on the legacy plan for the bid he moved on to become CEO of the Institute of Leisure and Amenity Management.
Lloyd has been the Director of team BEDS&LUTON since its emergence in April 2006, and is chair of BOOST and a board member of England Netball.
He enjoys all sports and is a long suffering Exeter City fan.
