Nations and Regions forth annual summit
Nations and Regions East 4th Annual Summit will take place on 3 March at Adastral Park Nr. Ipswich. The event is being hosted and supported by official London 2012 Games sponsor BT.
The Summit will bring together key stakeholders from across the region, who are interested or involved with Nations and Regions East activity and the London 2012 Games agenda. Delegates will gain an update on the regional progress to maximise opportunities from the London 2012 Games. Key speakers will include LOCOG representative Jonathan Edwards CBE, Regional Minister Barbara Follett, NRE Chairman Cllr Stephen Castle and NRE Regional Project Manager, Katie Huane.
As part of this year's conference we will be presenting our revised Five Year Strategy; 'Rising to the Challenge - Making it Happen'
There will also be an opportunity to watch the regions achievements so far in a series of specially commissioned documentaries which explore the East of England's contribution to the London 2012 Games and how the region has maximised the benefits so far.
