National Olympic Committee Reception
The National Olympic Committee (NOC) reception hosted on Thursday at the British Ambassadors' residence in Beijing was a great success. Around 100 NOC representatives from countries all over the world met with representatives of the Nations and regions group on the potential for pre-games training camps prior to London 2012.
Lloyd Conaway, Chairman of BOOST was present and said "Information, through pre-loaded BOOST memory sticks was very well received by the NOC representatives and we hope to try and convert that into nations visiting Bedfordshire and Luton to train before London 2012"
Lord Coe, Chairman of the London Organising Committee of the Olymnpc Games, Lord Moynihan, Chairman of the BOA and Tessa Jowell, Minister for the Olympics launched the national pre-games training guide in Beijing.
