CCPR Survey of Sports Clubs, 2009
Clubs, please take a small amount of your time to complete the 2009 Survey of Sports Clubs, which is being conducted by Sheffield Hallam University on behalf of the Central Council of Physical Recreation (CCPR).
As a 'thank-you' for completing the survey the CCPR will enter your club into a prize draw for £200 of Decathlon vouchers for your club or a weekend in a top class London hotel. The survey is open until the 31st of July.
The information you provide will be extremely useful for CCPR as it lobbies Government to promote the welfare of sport and argues for increased support and funding for sports clubs. The CCPR will neither pass on your contact details to any third party, nor use your contact details for any other purpose, in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 1998.
Please answer the survey questions as completely as you can. They are about your club - including its membership, volunteers and finances. You will need a copy of your club's annual reports and accounts from the last two years in order to answer some of the questions. Please make sure you have this information to hand before you start to fill in the questionnaire.
Please note that Question 1 asks you to state which sports your club participates in. If your club offers sports which are not covered by the list, please select 'Other' and specify in the adjacent text box.
