Step Out Reward Scheme
In recognition of the valuable hours Step into Sport volunteers commit to sports volunteering, team BEDS&LUTON have devised the 'Step Out' scheme to reward young volunteers for the volunteering they complete as part of the Step into Sport Community Volunteering programme.
Within the scheme young volunteers receive rewards based on the number of voluntary hours that they accrue. Step into Sport volunteers and their mentors will automatically receive notification of their reward from team BEDS&LUTON via email based on official volunteer hours recorded on the Step into Sport online passport.
ELIGIBILITY
A young volunteer is eligible for the reward scheme if:
- They are volunteering as part of the Step into Sport Community Volunteering programme
- They attend their School Sports Partnership Leadership Academies
- They are volunteering in a community placement
- They are registered on the Step into Sport online passport
- team BEDS&LUTON hold details of the young volunteers community placement, including their named Volunteer Co-ordinator
