Improve your fitness, balance and coordination whilst at the same time learning how to impress on the dance floor on a Saturday night with this funky new Dance Mats class!
16 Dance mats are rigged up to music and a big screen which shows instructions for you to follow. A dance mat instructor will also help to motivate you and improve your technique, and like all Get Back Into activities, sessions will be suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
