By registering or placing an order on this site, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information under the terms of this policy.
Information That We Collect From You
When you visit or complete our contact form on www.teambedsandluton.co.uk you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name and contact details. We may also collect information about your usage of our website as well as information about you from e-mails or letters you send to us.

Your information will enable us to provide you with access to all parts of our site and to supply the services you have requested. It will also enable us to contact you where necessary. We will also use and analyse the information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business.
In particular, we may use your information to contact you for your views on our services and to notify you occasionally about important changes or developments to the site or our services. Further, where you have consented, we might also use your information to let you know about other products and services which we offer which may be of interest to you and we may contact you by post, telephone or fax, as well as by e-mail. Financial Details
team BEDS&LUTON do not currently store and have no intention of storing an individuals Financial details.

Unless you have indicated your objection when disclosing your details to us, our system may issue cookies to your computer when you log on to the site. Cookies make it easier for you to log on to and use the site during future visits. They also allow us to monitor website traffic and to personalise the content of the site for you. We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires.

You are entitled to see the information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date. If you wish to do this, please contact us. We are entitled by law to charge a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

PROGRAMME PRICING POLICY
‘Pay as you go’
If you choose the ‘pay as you go ‘ option each session that you attend will cost you £3.00. Please pay by cash as instructed by the Get Back Into staff, either at the reception, or to the coach/instructor when arriving to take part in the session. You must still book your place either on this website or over the phone first.
‘Payment in advance’
If you choose to ‘pay in advance’ you will be covering the cost of attending all of the sessions. The cost will however be discounted by 20%. For example a 10 session programme costing £30.00 will only cost you £24.00. This does not apply to Golf, Squash and Climbing however as you must pay for these sessions in advance as places are very limited, and no discount is available unfortunately.
Payment can be made through our PayPal option (available from August '09) when booking via the website or over the phone, or by cheque made payable to Active Luton, and forwarded to the following address:

REFUND POLICY ON ADVANCE PAYMENT OPTION
WHEN USING THE ADVANCE PAYMENT OPTION, REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES;
FULL REFUND
A FULL REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED IF;
THE COURSE OF ACTIVITY THAT YOU HAVE BOOKED AND PAID FOR, IS CANCELLED BY TEAM BEDS&LUTON, PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF THE FIRST SESSION.
PART REFUND
A FULL REFUND, MINUS A £5 ADMINISTRATION FEE WILL BE PROVIDED IF;
YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE COURSE OF ACTIVITY.
YOU ATTEND THE FIRST SESSION IN THE COURSE OF ACTIVITY AND DECIDE THAT YOU DO NOT WISH TO CONTINUE WITH ANY SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS (PLEASE NOTE; YOU MUST INFORM TEAM BEDS&LUTON WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE FIRST SESSION TO BE ENTITLED TO THIS REFUND).
YOU WILL ALSO BE ENTITLED TO A PART REFUND (EQUATING TO THE NUMBER OF REMAINING SESSIONS) IF TEAM BEDS&LUTON CANCEL THE COURSE OF ACTIVITY FOR WHICH YOU HAVE BOOKED AND PAID FOR, AFTER IT HAS COMMENCED.
IN THE EVENT OF A ‘ONE-OFF’ SESSION BEING CANCELLED BY TEAM BEDS&LUTON, AN ADDITIONAL SESSION WILL BE ADDED TO THE END OF THE COURSE OF ACTIVITY AND YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND.
REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CANCELLATION.
