The Coach or Instructor at our Get Back Into activities is key to the project's success. They must be relaxed but enthusiastic and encourage everybody, regardless of their ability and/or motives for attending.
If you are a Coach or Instructor working on a Get Back Into activity, please ensure that you have all the relevant paperwork for sessions. This will be provided by the team BEDS&LUTON GBI Meeters and Greeters at the first session, but if you need anymore, they can be downloaded below;
