Badminton
The Get Back Into Badminton sessions have been incredibly popular so far and recreational clubs have been established all over the county by people who have been motivated and inspired to continue to play. Like all the Get Back Into programmes, badminton sessions are relaxed and fun, for anyone over 16 years of age (no upper age limit) and led by experienced coaches.
Get Back Into Badminton was perfect for my wife and I. It was a really nice environment to play in and even though the coached sessions have now finished, there is still a large group of us that meet to play each week.
