About Us
Netball East oversees activities in the region which is home to the seven Netballing Counties of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, East Essex, Essex Thurrock, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.
Netball East is governed by the East Regional Management Board (RMB), which is comprised of the Regional Chair, Regional Treasurer and the Chair from each of the East Technical Support Group’s (TSG). The TSG’s are the action groups which run all regional competition, talent programmes and events. The groups include Competition, Talent, Communication and Marketing, Coaching, Officiating, Finance and Membership.
England Netball employee a Regional Manager and a Regional Development Officer to support talent, competition, education and development programmes in the East. Some Counties are lucky enough to have a local Netball Development Coordinator to provide local programme support and advise. Our latest additions to the team are two Regional Talent Coaches who coach and support talented players and coaches.
