Regional Goalden Globes
Volunteers are the lifeblood of sport and provide the foundations of our sporting nation. They dedicate hours of time and energy, working in a variety of ways and are worth their weight in gold.
The work of all of our volunteers is greatly appreciated by the Region and England Netball. Throughout the East Region there are a great number of volunteers that help from grassroots to the elite sharing expertise to help develop Netball within the Region.
We are sure there are many exceptional volunteers who deserve recognition for their fantastic efforts. If you know of a great volunteer why not nominate them for a Regional Goalden Globe Award.
There are eight Goalden Globe Award categories;
• Coach of the Year
• Muriel McNally (grassroots)
• Netball Teacher of the year
• NEXTGEN (club or organisation)
• Young Volunteer of the year
• Community Netball Volunteer of the year
• Rose Award (promoting and developing netball to a wider audience)
• Long Service Award (25yrs plus)
