RCL Qualification Rules
U16 Regional League
Team Qualification
- Qualification Winner of County league competition Sept to Dec 2009.
- Club should be CAPS accredited or if first time in regional league registered by 1st January 2010.
Player Qualification
- Registered 1st claim to participating club.
- Over 14 and under 16 years old on 31st August/1st September 2009.
- Participating in a higher age group only with written permission of the Regional Head Talent scout Chris Laundy.
- Deadline for entry 13th December 2009.
Under 14 Regional League
Team Qualification
- Qualification Winner of County league competition Sept to Dec 2009.

- Over 12 and under 14 years old on 31st August/1st September 2009.
- Participating in a higher age group only with written permission of the Regional Head Talent scout Chris Laundy.
- Deadline for entry 6th December 2009.
Under 19 National Clubs
There is no National Under 19 clubs competition this season
Schools National competition
- Counties are reminded that any school entering the national Schools championships must be affiliated prior to the start of the competition be it District or County rounds.
- Deadline for submission of entries to Regional round Saturday 12th December 2009.
- Regional schools round Saturday 30th January 2010
Regional Clubs League
- Entry tournament 2010/11 season Saturday June 12th.
- Venue - Suffolk.
Player Qualification
- Registered 1st claim to entering club the previous season nominated as county champion.
- Registered with county league for previous season and have played in at least one game in the county league.
- Has not played more than 12 quarters in previous season in Super League, National Talent League, Premier League or any Regional league or combination of these.
