Clubs

The Partnership is continually looking to develop links with local clubs to ensure our school pupils are being directed towards safe and well structured clubs in the local area. We encourage all of these clubs to work with their national governing body’s to achieve these standards of safe practice. This is generally Clubmark or the NGB equivalent.

For those clubs working towards this accreditation, they can also apply for the County Sport Partnerships Minimum Operating Standards. This will again ensure the clubs have such essentials as qualified coaches, child protection officers, codes of conduct, first aid training and safe/ appropriate equipment.

All of the clubs listed on this site have met either of the above accreditations. Contact details are included so if you are interested in joining a local club or need any further information, click on the links in our school club link section.

We are always keen to promote clubs in the local area and work with them to develop in any area they may need. If you are a local club and you are looking for guidance, advice, or would like to improve your membership please do not hesitate to contact us directly via the ‘Contact us’ section.
