Allen has 2 roles, one of which is shared with Michelle Peyton continuing their working relationship as they previously were SSCo's for all of the feeder lower schools for Robert Bloomfield, Henlow and Etonbury Middle Schools. Details of her roles are below.
High Quality PE and Whole School Improvement
This term;
- Helping to find ways of moving our remaining schools to 2 hours of PE a week in all year groups.
- Look at ways of checking if basic moves has an impact on overall PE performance.
- Use website to promote High Quality PE
- Check the impact Basic Moves is having on overall PE performance
- Initial planning of transfer process from Lower to Middle and Middle to Upper School
Inclusion, Attainment and Achievement - Joint role with Michelle Peyton
- Complete SEN registers for Lower, Middle and Upper Schools up to yr9.
- Organise a sporting event for SEN pupils
- Complete central database of all G&T pupils across the Partnership.
- Help improve Lower Schools knowledge of how to identify G&T pupils within PE
- Collecting data on Gifted and talented Pupils and look at setting up acadamies/workshops for them.
- Find out if any of the upper schools do the JAE program and help those who don't have it already, to implement it.
