Rachel will have 5 key focus areas when working in our 4 Upper Schools. The below targets will relate to specific projects when working with the 14-16 age group;
1. Increased participation in High Quality Physical Education
2. Increased participation in High Quality Out of School Hours Learning
3. Increased participation in High Quality Competition and Performance
4. Improved attitude, behaviour and attendence in P.E, Sport and Whole School
5. Increased participation in community based sport and improved qulaity of community life.
