RATIONALE - In order to increase the levels of participation and help support local clubs Sport Bedford would like to offer local groups the opportunity to develop / maintain web sites for their own clubs. This will offer some real benefit to local clubs and help raise the profile of Sport Bedford
TIMESCALES - To run a Pilot Website between April - September 2006
