Basketball - Foundation Course in Coaching
Following the re-structure of England Basketball's coaching awards into the UK Coaching Certificate (UKCC) the Foundation in Coaching course has been developed, as a pre-Level One course that introduces the basics of the game to people with little or no experience in basketball. It is an ideal entry course for parents and young people wanting an introduction into coaching basketball.
Course length = 9 hours (ideally run as 3 sessions of 3 hours)
Cost = £20 per person

The application form to run all courses is on the above page - scroll down to the section ‘Organising a Course’ and click on ‘Course Application Form’, complete the form and then send to England Basketball. For the initial round of Foundation Courses (i.e. starting in April), please give 4 weeks notice of intended dates.
