What is Exercise Class?
Exercise classes are organised group exercise that often take place in a studio within a gym or an exercise facility.
Exercise classes are structured sessions that have the goal of improving particular elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness). There are a multitude of different exercise classes available, which differ from location to location. Common exercise classes include:
- Legs, Bums & Tums
- Body Attack
- Pilates
- Combat Fitness
- Muscle Pump
- Aerobics
- Step
- Piloxing
