A fun and friendly low impact aerobics and circuit class specifically aimed at people over the age of 50, you can work at your own pace.
Your first class is free and thereafter its £4.50 per class or £16 for four consecutive sessions.
Exercises are combined with music from the 60s-90s.
Guaranteed to help you improve flexibilty, balance, co-ordination, health, fitness, wellbeing and also lose a few pounds and tone your body.

We are following COVID regulations for health and safety and to return to fitness safely.
FABS sessions with Anne are an opportunity for any adult who wants to get more active!
All exercise can be done seated or standing and we cover flexibility, aerobics, balance and strength - all in one fun-filled class.
Some of the exercises are done to music - do make a request if you have a favourite song!
Everyone works at their own pace in a relaxed and friendly environment.
£5.50 per session
Please allow extra time for your first class for registration.
Nordic Walk - Ripple - Ludwell Valley Park

A lovely Ripple Nordic walk in Ludwell Valley Park enjoying being outside, walking using our poles to enhance our walking experience. There are hills on this walk. Small group walk, enjoying each others company while walking. On this walk we enjoy moving a little faster than a Meander walk.
One of 8 weekly Nordic walks at different speeds.

Due to the current situation these sessions are freely available to all via online streaming, but much better to join us on Zoom if you're able!
They are ideal for active and able ladies and gentlemen wanting to improve / maintain general health and strength.
During the session we:
> begin with a warm up
> perform the circuit by alternating cardiovascular exercise and hand weights exercises
> end with a cool down
In the cool down we include:
> balance exercises
> flexibility stretches
We also arrange social activities.
