Bootyful® Foundation

In our Bootyful® Foundation sessions, you will learn basic Bootyful® moves, activate muscles that stabilise the pelvis and define the posture, gain pelvic floor awareness, and practice body control and isolations through fun-filled Bootyful® drills and combos. Step by step instruction is applied for the most effective workout and improvements. It is always important to start from the basics. Practice makes us better! Once you are strong enough, possessing body control in the pelvis area and feel you can do more, there is Bootyful® Level 1 to challenge you further!
