Sunrise Yoga with Yogami, Tue 8am (50mins), Thurs 8am (50mins), Morning In-Person Classes at the beautiful Sunrise Yoga Studio. N.B. Classes will continue during half-terms, summer holidays, and classes will be full hour (60mins) during half-terms, at no extra cost (still £7 drop-in/Pay-as-you-go rate). 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️Weekly Sunrise Morning Yoga sessions with Yogami, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings! Everyone Welcome🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️🌻🌞 Join me In-Person at the beautiful studio, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, get active, do yoga, you will fall in love with Yoga and transform your Yoga practice 🌻🌞 We'll be at the beautiful Sunrise Yoga Studio, within a rural setting surrounded by beautiful flowers, plants and fields. You may want to bring your own yoga mat/props but there's option for you to use the studio mats, props, including bolsters (mats/props will be cleaned after each session). There's underfloor heating so you'll feel cosy and warm whatever the season/weather. Do join us!
