ME TIME Women were out in force at the weekend in Luton taking part in celebrations to recognise International Women's day.
Our amazing ME TIME dance instructor Huma teamed up with ME TIME Leaders to deliver a fantastic nutrition and dance exercise class at our super River Bank Primary School venue. Thirty four women listened to Huma giving tips and advice on healthy eating, finishing off the session with a dance activity. Huma emphasised the importance of healthy eating combined with exercise and the audience loved it and stated it was "A positive step forward to educating, empowering, integrating and inspiring woman."
Michelle, Coaching Development Manager, of Team Beds & Luton said: "It was great that 34 women from Luton took advantage of this free workshop finding out the benefits of healthy eating alongside exercise and joined our ME TIME family. Everyone enjoyed the day and the chance to have some 'me time. We have a range of other events coming up in March & April, such as Learn to Play Netball course, coffee morning about healthy eating and a Walking for Health Leaders course, plus a basketball course. If anyone wishes to find out more please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org - we would love to see you there.
