About Wesport (Bristol , Bath And North East Somerset )

Wesport is a County Sport Partnership that covers the Local Authority areas of Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset (BANES), North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

We work to connect providers of sport and physical activity such as National Governing Bodies (NGB's), Local Authorities, Schools, Colleges, Universities, Business, Local Sports Clubs and Organisations to increase the quantity and quality of opportunities for the people of the West of England to take part in.

Our Core Team works to develop coaching, clubs, volunteering, school sport and competition, and is a main deliverer of London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic legacy.
