There are many ways you can get active in Luton, Bedford and Central Bedfordshire and we are here to help inspire you to get active.
Parkrun's in Bedfordshire
parkruns are free, weekly timed 5km runs which can be walked or jogged. Visit www.parkrun.org.uk to find your nearest parkrun. If you have children, join them on a junior parkrun which is only 2km. (Note: only children are counted as participants but you can join them as they run round).

Walk 4 Health in Bedfordshire
Walk 4 Health is England's largest network of walking health schemes. Programmes run throughout Bedfordshire. Health walks are regular, led, walks which are free and open to all – although aimed particularly at people who are presently doing little or no exercise. Many of the walks end at cafés where people can have a coffee and a chat before they leave.
