Go4Less Advantage
Did you know you can attend the gym, a group fitness class or go swimming for only £2 at off peak times with a Go4Less Advantage card? This heavily discounted rate is available at Active Luton's leisure centres around Luton and is available to anyone on a low income or receiving a range of qualifying benefits including Universal Credit – for more information on applying for a card click here.

Total Wellbeing Services
The Total Wellbeing Luton integrated wellbeing service provides accessible and inclusive opportunities to improve your physical and emotional health. This includes support to: stop smoking, manage your weight and lead a healthier lifestyle, become more active with tailored support, have a free NHS health check, manage an existing health condition, get support with non-medical aspects of health and wellbeing and improve emotional health.
The talking therapies team can help with a wide range of emotional health problems including stress, depression, low mood, anxiety and worry, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorders and panic attacks, low self-esteem or low confidence, social anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and health anxiety and phobias including agoraphobia and body dysmorphic disorder.

Nordic walking
Nordic Walking is a fitness activity that involves walking using specially designed poles similar to ski poles to help propel you forward. Anyone can try Nordic Walking - whatever their fitness level. It's also very sociable and an ideal way to meet new people. Sessions are £3 and poles are provided. Park run
Parkruns are free community events every Saturday morning. Events are 5k and take place in Wardown Park. On Sunday mornings, there are 2k junior Parkruns for children aged four to 14. Parkrun is a positive, welcoming and inclusive. Everyone is welcome to attend, whether you walk, run or jog. Find out more about your local park run including how to register here.
Satellite Clubs are physical activity projects which provide young people between 14-19yrs new opportunities to be active in a fun and social environment, helping to create positive experiences and promote active lifestyles.
