Luton Community Tennis (LCT) is a new initiative created in partnership with National Tennis Association, Luton Borough Council and the LTA. The aim of LCT is to offer Smart Access throughout Luton’s park tennis network and offer a wide range of coaching and playing opportunities for the town.
