Mick George Community Funding

Location:

Parts of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire, Norfolk, Rutland, Suffolk, Warwickshire, Norfolk

Total Grants Available:

£800,000 (approximately) per year

Fund Provided by:

Mick George Limited through the Landfill Communities Fund

The Mick George Community Fund provides grants of between £5,000 and £50,000, although it is unlikely that individual grants over £35,000 will be made.

Unless by invitation, organisations can only apply for a grant if their total project cost is less than £100,000.

Courtesy of the recent acquisition by Mick George of multiple operating facilities to the East of the country, we have expanded the territory for which its Mick George Community Fund is now available. The changes are specifically relevant to certain communities that fall within the Norfolk catchment areas.

With immediate effect, the funding will be available to applicants who meet the stipulated criteria across the majority of the East Midlands and Anglian regions. To see whether your project falls within the eligible funding area, please click on the map image below. You can click on the magnifying glass and enter the postcode for your project location to confirm if it is within the boundary (within the blue lines).

There are four funding rounds each year.

Applications received after a closing date will be automatically submitted to the next funding round, if available.
