MS Society launch service to support people to become more active

The MS Society are launching a new service to help individuals who have Multiple Sclerosis and need support to do physical activity.

Who are the MS Society offering the service to?

Anyone in the UK who has MS will be eligible for the service, depending on their initial assessment they will be placed into different categories of support.

'Closer touch' which includes, consultation calls, Individual action planning, goal setting, supporting materials, motivational messages, option to be involved in a service forum exclusively for service users, signposting, evaluating action plan and bespoke messages and materials.

'Light touch' which includes, supporting exercise materials, motivational messaging, signposting and evaluating their progress over 12 months.
