Health Hacks - helping young people in Luton get active

Active Luton and Total Wellbeing Luton are running a new project called Health Hacks. The project is primarily focused on young people, aged 14-19, who aren't already active. Health Hacks aims to provide young people with opportunities to take part regularly in activity with sessions designed around their needs and provide a positive experience of being active.Sessions are FREE and are currently running Thursdays 4.15pm-5.15pm at Luton Sixth Form. Some sessions include bite-sized workshops covering lifestyle topics; healthy eating, mental wellbeing, self-confidence, barriers to healthy lifestyles, social media and more.To find out more or to secure your space text, call07824 547 112 or email:shanelle.akintomide@activeluton.co.uk
