Mind’s Children and Young People Workforce Project

team BEDS&LUTON enjoyed learning about Mind's Children and Young People Workforce Project and how they empowered young people's voices! We gained more understanding on how to support young people when they are at risk of experiencing mental health challenges. Hearing what the young people had to say was enlightening and as a team we are going to continue to develop our understanding of the relationship between physical activity and young people's mental health.

Our director, Clare, believes stress and strains on young people, coaches and volunteers is so evident at the moment. Therefore, we want to share the links from Mind's webinar. We believe these links will help signpost people for support to speak openly about their mental health. Please see attachments and below.

Anna Freud Youth Wellbeing Directory (www.annafreud.org/on-my-mind/youth-wellbeing) - A directory outlining local organisations and charities for anyone up to 25.
