The government have published new guidelines for participating in sport and physical activity following the rule changes for dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic announced yesterday. The full guidance is provided below but we have summarised our understanding of the key messages above this narrative.

Thank you to those who attended our first Disability Sport & Physical Activity Summit for Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes. It was fantastic to see such a variety of organisations from across the two counties attend and contribute with such enthusiasm to the cause.
