To celebrate International Womens Day special #ThisGirlCan Parkruns are being held on Saturday 7th March. They are encouraging as many women and girls as possible to participate as walkers, joggers, runners and volunteers with a suggested purple dress code for the day.

The latest Active Lives Adult report by Sport England has revealed that volunteering in Bedfordshire and Luton has increased by 5.9%. An amazing result for the area particularly as the rest of the country has seen a flat or decline in numbers over the same period. This equates to 19.8% of the population...
