Take part in fun sporting activities and games such as dodgeball, scatterball, paracute games and more, plus a range of art and craft activities.

Sport England has reported its 9th Active People survey results. The findings reveal that, less than a year into the This Girl Can behaviour change campaign, the number of women playing sport and getting active once a week, every week, has increased by 148,700.

The English Federation of Disability Sport (EDFS) is disappointed with the figures from the Active People Survey 8 and believes that the results reinforce the importance of understanding and responding to disabled people's needs and preferences more effectively.
