Why not bring your daughter along and train to be Basketball Activators together? It will be a lot of fun and it is a FREE FEMALE ONLY course. No previous experience required and minimum age is 12. Sport England has reported its 9th Active People survey results. The findings reveal that, less than a year into the This Girl Can behaviour change campaign, the number of women playing sport and getting active once a week, every week, has increased by 148,700.

Sports Coach UK is launching a new campaign today to encourage women to 'Reach' into coaching.
The 'Reach' campaign has been created to raise awareness and inspire more women to get into coaching as well as encourage current female coaches to develop their skills further.
